Author, Speaker & Leader
Ada is an executive leader with over 12 years of experience in African Corporate and Investment banking, who serves as a voice and human-centered leadership speaker, writer, and teacher — helping people and organizations find clarity about who they are and develop the courage to lead in alignment with their values, building lives and organizations that last.
She equips individuals to return to their authentic voice and God-given design and supports organizations in intentionally adopting human-centered leadership approaches that help them build credibility, execute effectively in high-stakes environments, and position themselves to attract optimal capital.
Ada’s work connects identity and leadership to real-world outcomes, addressing both the personal cost of silencing oneself or living outside one’s divine design, and the responsibility organizations carry in shaping leadership cultures that attract, retain, and develop the right kind of talent.
Through her lived experience of losing, finding, and releasing her voice, alongside closing multi-billion-dollar and award-winning deals, Ada has worked closely with many other senior leaders and globally recognized institutions in high-stakes environments where leadership posture, judgment, trust, and responsibility directly shaped her execution approach and outcomes.
Her work is anchored in her ICON framework, a distinct approach which integrates Christian faith and Scripture, psychological insight into identity and human behavior, and the role of communication to support personal formation, leadership, decision making and intentional living. She works through speaking, writing, and teaching, including leadership talks and keynotes, facilitated conversations, retreats, and reflective sessions for both corporate and faith-based audiences.
Ada is a CFA Charterholder, an AFM-accredited finance professional, and a Fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration, bringing deep financial rigor to her work in leadership, capital readiness, and institutional credibility.
She currently serves as Executive Director, Business Development at ACUOP, where she carries senior responsibility for crafting strategy, driving execution and growth, and leading teams through complexity and change, bringing a human-centered leadership approach to building capacity, developing people, and translating strategy into sustained organizational impact and financial success.
Outside her corporate leadership work, Ada is the author of Awaken the Voice Within and the founder of The White Honeycomb Collective, where she explores faith, identity, obedience, and spiritual formation through lived experience. She also mentors young women, emerging leaders, and growing professionals, and writes Light Work, a monthly LinkedIn newsletter exploring leadership, identity, faith, and responsibility in modern professional life.
